Mfg: Holga

The Holga camera was initially introduced to the Chinese public in 1982 as an inexpensive camera for everyday use. Shortly after its introduction, it became an underground artistic phenomena. Using the Holga is an exercise in breaking free from dependence on technology, precision and controllability. The slight softness of the images, vignetting and random light leaks produce dream-like, one-of-a kind images.

Recalling the days before movies and radio, Holga stereo 3D cameras produce analog stereo images that pop out in true 3D when viewed with a stereo viewer (slides or print versions available). It is a great way to see Holga images beyond the 2D confines of film and paper.

The Holga 120PC-3D camera uses two pinhole lenses to create the 3D effect. The prints or slides can then be viewed in 3D with a 3D print or slide viewer.
