The Rotatrim Technical Series 650 Paper Cutter/Rotary Trimmer is the smallest size in the Technical range and will cut materials up to 26 inches or 650 millimeters in length. It is a heavy duty precision trimmer which will cut most flexible materials up to 4 millimeters thick.
