The letters in 670VCCE stand for "Variable Contrast/Constant Exposure". Its chassis and baseboard is the same ones used in the 670MXL and CXL, and it provides two separate filtration channels which cover all popular variable contrast papers. As the filtration is changed using the simple dial-in system, the enlarger responds with the correct amount of neutral density in order to maintain constant exposure throughout the full range of paper grades. The 670VCCE's features include a convenient slide-switch for filtration channel control, stepless illuminated paper grade readout, and up to 18X magnification with 35mm film.
