Tintype is an old process from the late 1800’s that was one of the first photographic processes that made it possible for the general public to have their portrait taken. Since they were reproduced on metals, tintypes were relatively inexpensive and it provided quick results.
These Satin Black Rockland Aluminum Tintype Plates are ready for coating. They can be easily trimmed with scissors. These 10 packs are available in 4x5 and 8x10.
