Awagami Platinum Mitsumata is made from Mitsumata, often referred to as Japans' most feminine paper making fiber with its soft dewy gloss and fine surface texture. This warm white sheet yields truly elegant prints. To improve paper for platinum and palladium printing, an organic solution has been hand brushed onto each sheet adding to it a water resistant quality that also increases the papers' overall wet-strength.
