After the release of our last email newsletter, a number of customers sent emails regarding offering lower rates for international shipping. We attempt to always offer the most reliable shipping services at the lowest cost possible. We also realize that our customers wish to make their own choices knowing that lower cost sometimes means lack of tracking ability or slower shipping times. I am pleased to announce that, thanks to your comments and after much research, we have been able to reduce our international shipping rates by about 5%.
We have also investigated alternative shipping methods which are less expensive, but also slightly slower, and we will be introducing a new class of service for our budget conscience customers after the first of the year. Stay tuned for more information. We are making every effort to keep your cost of doing business with us as low as possible.
Take a look at our new and exciting products and special blowout pricing on select products below. Also, don't miss our first issue of our video newsletter that highlights our line of Arista Photo Oils.
Keep those comments and suggestions coming; remember without YOU there is no US. As always, please feel free to email me any questions or comments you may have at ej@freestylephoto.biz.
