30-Day No Risk Guarantee Return Policy
Freestyle is pleased to provide a simple return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within a 30-day
period from date of purchase, simply complete the return
form included with your order and send it back to us in
its' original packaging.
If we make an error on your order, or if you receive a
damaged or defective item, do not discard your shipping
box or any of its contents. Please contact our customer
service department so that we may arrange to correct your
order.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, including instruction books, warranty cards, etc.
must be returned. Warranty cards must NOT be filled out.
Please note: Due to Federal Regulations, hazardous chemicals
may not be returned for any reason. |
The following policies apply to all Internet orders.
Order Minimums
All orders require a $25 product minimum.

First-Time Orders
For your protection, all first-time orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address. For all international first time orders, your shipment may be delayed for account verification. We will contact you with details.
Credit Card Fraud Prevention
We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for
manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period
of time, the order may be canceled.
Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax only on orders shipping within California
as follows:
- Within Los Angeles County - 8.75%
- Outside Los Angeles County - 7.25%

Freestyle assumes no responsibility for typographical errors
contained on this website. All Freestyle pricing and payments must be in U.S. dollars.
Order Confirmations, Backorders and Invoices
All order confirmations, shipping confirmations, and Invoices will be sent to you via
email.

This includes item(s) that may be on backorder.
For shipments within the United States, any backordered
item(s) will remain on backorder until they become available.
If you have placed an order for items to be shipped out of the
United States, and not all items are available at
the time of your order, we will ship the in-stock items and
cancel all backorders. We do this so that your items will not
be delayed. You may place another order for those items when
they become available.

Note: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and all foreign countries (including Canada) will incur additional shipping fees based on weight.

An additional shipping charge applies to some oversize/overweight
items regardless of the shipping address or method. These items
are designated by an "SW" in the description of the product
section. These additional charges will be automatically calculated
and added to your order in the checkout screen.
Freestyle uses the best possible ground shipping service available.
Your package may be delivered by either FedEx, UPS or USPS,
depending on your zip code. If you prefer to choose which one
of the three shipping companies will ship your order, you will
have to call us at 800.292.6137 to place your order.
All overnight, 2nd Day and 3-day deliveries will be via Fed-ex.
All special shipping method orders must be placed by 12:00 noon
PDT (Monday - Friday) to be shipped the same day. Anything after
that time will be shipped the following business day.
Same Day Shipping Guarantee
In-stock orders are shipped the same day when placed by 12:00 pm Pacific (3:00 pm Eastern), Monday-Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from shipping and delivery.
Please note: USPS orders may be delayed by 24-72 hours.
Postal Service Shipping
Why do I see a USPS Charge?
All packages shipped to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we must add an additional charge when shipping with the Postal Service. This charge reflects the amount charged to us by the Postal Service.
How long will it take for my order to arrive if shipped by USPS?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship USPS packages daily. There is a strong likelihood that it will be 5-10 days from the day you place your order to the day your package arrives. We regret the inconvenience that this causes our customers, but we are currently not able to make any other arrangements for postal service shipping.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Can my USPS order be tracked en route?
USPS shipments do not have real time tracking like a FedEx order does. There is a tracking number assigned to each shipment, but this tracking number only provides delivery confirmation. There is no way to see where a package is between shipment and delivery.
How can I avoid shipping by USPS?
If your address has the words "Box" or "PO Box" in the address line, your order will be automatically shipped by USPS. Please see the College Address Tips section for guidelines.
Items marked ORMD or Hazmat cannot be shipped to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO.
Proper Format for College Campus Deliveries
Please use the full name of the building that the package is being shipped to. For example, instead of "Johnson SU," write out "Johnson Student Union." The abbreviations might be recognized on campus, but FedEx drivers are not always familiar with them.

When shipping to a campus box
If you can have FedEx packages delivered to your campus box, which is standard, do not use the term "Box" or "PO Box" in your address. Our shipping software will ship all orders with these terms via the US Postal Service, which will result in additional shipping charges and possibly slower delivery. Instead, use the name of your school, followed by the box number.

Hazardous Materials
Chemicals containing hazardous materials may only be shipped via FedEx ground service and only within the continental United States. In addition to our regular shipping charges, the fee for shipment of these items is $20 per box, up to 55 lbs.
ORMD Items
Items labeled ORMD can be shipped only by FedEx ground service and only within the continental United States. ORMD items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
FedEx 2-Day and Overnight Service
FedEx 2-Day and Overnight services are the fastest ways to get your package from our door to yours. Up to the minute tracking information is provided from pick-up to delivery, and your order is fully insured. This is the best option for urgent or high-value items. While every effort will be made to deliver your order promptly, please note that FedEx Express delivery times are not guaranteed in certain parts of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Items marked ORMD or Hazmat cannot be shipped outside the continental 48 states.
USPS Priority Service
USPS Priority Mail shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico should arrive in about 7-14 days. Delivery to very rural areas may sometimes take slightly longer. USPS shipments do not have real time tracking like a FedEx order does. There is a tracking number assigned to each shipment, but this tracking number only provides delivery confirmation. There is no way to see where a package is between shipment and delivery. Although we are confident that your order will arrive safely, we do not recommend shipping high-value items with this option. Items marked ORMD or Hazmat cannot be shipped with this method.
*Approximate delivery time is 7-14 days.
USPS Parcel Post
Parcel Post shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico should arrive within 4-6 weeks. As this option is not tracked or insured, we do not recommend shipping high-value items with this method. Parcel Post is most economical for very large or heavy orders and items. Items marked ORMD or Hazmat cannot be shipped by parcel post.
*Approximate delivery time is 4-6 weeks. No tracking is available using this service.
International Orders
Freestyle offers two different international shipping options. Below is a description of each available service. You can choose the method the best suits your needs. With all international shipments, you are responsible for any import taxes or duties.
Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders.
If you have placed an order for items to be shipped out of the
United States, and not all items are available at
the time of your order, we will ship the in-stock items and
cancel all backorders. We do this so that your items will not
be delayed. You may place another order for those items when
they become available.
International Payments
As part of our credit card security efforts, Freestyle verifies complete credit card information for all international orders before shipping items
out of the United States. This is to help protect both Freestyle and its customers from the dangers of international credit fraud, which can be
difficult to trace and correct. Since international banks issue credit cards in countries outside the United States, this process can take anywhere
from one to seven business days, depending on how quickly the bank in question responds to our inquiries. Unfortunately, in some rare cases, the bank
may not provide this information. If this is the case, Freestyle will contact you with assistance on other methods of payment. Please note that all first time international orders over $250 will require a wire transfer as payment.
Shipping Fees & Dimensional Weight
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s).
Due to space limitations on aircraft, trucks, and ships, freight carriers must charge to ship packages based not only on actual weight, but on space, as well.
Because of this, the concept of Dimensional Weight (Dim Weight) has been adopted by the transportation industry worldwide. Dimensional weight considers density in relation to actual weight, to determine the billable weight of a package. Lightweight, large, low-density packages are subject to these fees. Calculations of dimensional weight are subject to change without notice.
FedEx International Premium:
FedEx International is the fastest way to get your package from our door to yours. Delivery to most locations takes only 3-6 business days after shipment. Up to the minute tracking information is provided from pick-up to delivery. This is the best option for urgent or high-value items.
Priority Mail International:
Priority Mail International is an airmail service that provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise up to 70
pounds to over 190 countries and territories worldwide.
Delivery may take 7 - 14 business days.
In some countries, service may not be provided to all cities. Please contact your national postal service for more information. You can also visit the usps website to view service areas for your country. The "Areas Served" information is at the bottom of the information sheet.
